National Audubon Society is a nationwide non-profit organization with over 550,000 members. NAS is supported by member dues, contributions and bequests. Benefits of membership include affiliation with the National Audubon Society, a subscription to Audubon magazine, membership in the local chapter (Grand Valley Audubon Society), a subscription to the Chukar Chatter newsletter, and free entry into some of the NAS sanctuaries around the United States.
